Some services fall outside the NHS and for these a charge may be made. These are letters, BUPA/PPP forms, private certificates, passport applications and various special examinations for employment, elderly drivers' insurance, competitive sports etc. A full list of these services and the BMA recommended fee payable is displayed in the Reception area.
If you require a sick note from your doctor for insurance purposes etc., ask at Reception for a private sickness certificate for which a fee is payable.
